Not always, as long as I have strong evidence supports, I will come up with my opinion and presenting my thought. unless on a meeting there is no coincident decision and people are willing to have voting, then I have to appreciate any decision of majority.

Not if you are convinced that this decision will hurt the interest of private and public company trying to in any way convinced them and explain to them the merits of the decision and disadvantages but, according to my study of the resolution if the voice of everyone against me will not agree to the decision with respect to the opinion of the majority, if you feel that damage to the institution

If i am heading a project and if  i have a valid reason so i will surely disagree with the opinion of others by giving them a valid reason. Because i can't take risk in taking a crucial decision if i do so my leadership will be at risk.

Sometimes i disagree with some decision making opinions if i am not convinced about the repercussions even if the majority of them support the opinion.  I try to give them an valid reason for my disagreement. if they are able to convince me then i agree. i do not blindly follow anyone.

Instead of focusing much upon majority and minority, the key is to identify what is most beneficial for the organization as key decisions lead to shaping the future.

Any decision which I feel is for a common good, I will always stand along with majority.  For any decisions that  focus on a  particular person/group that may harm him/them I will clearly express my views and defer from the decision. Always impartial in such matters or favour defendants.
