First of all, sort out the route cause of retention, following are few causes

  1. Employer miss out on the growth opportunities and sustainable development 
  2. Organization unable  or distract  the core business objectives
  3. inexperience  employees 
  4. Opportunity Cost is high 
  5. Poor operational plan

to improve these short comes ,will improve  the condition
