What is everyone learning these days in Design graphics Or softwares?

Will hopefully contribute my thoughts and suggestions towards creative community here in the future. :)</p> <p>  As the topic reflects, What are you guys/girls learning or reading to improve your quality of work?  Any particular skills your looking to improve on?</p> <p> </p> <p>Does anybody follow the industry design news letters? I have been long subscriber of few magazines http://www.digitalartsonline.co.uk and computer-arts-magazine. It's really great to get creative inspiration from. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your thoughts...</p>
