organisational skills are inversely related to the employees behavior. this is because behavioral pattern is shaped by belief system to which the individual accrues . skills on the other hand could either be innate or acquired and so no matter how good or bad the individual'sbehavior is, he would perform better if the necessary supervision is given. eg eric cantona was a very stubborn footballer but alex fugursson made him into a super star regardless of his behavior he delivered perfectly and that was all the club wanted from him.
