National Account Manager - (unfortunately it has nothing to do with accounting) it is a term defined for management & upkeep of an organisations Key / Top accounts. As we all know as per Pareto's principle "80% of most orgnatisations business comes from20% of its customers" so it is key to clearly identify your Top20% customers & then look after their requirements failing which in most instances these20% (Top / Key customers) suffer due to time taken up by80% small customers.
