Do we really follow Time Management today where some Employees carry out work of 2 to 3 persons from a single candidate?

this is the era of doing the work sharper rather than harder and as for as time management is concern time was money, time is money, and it will remain as important as it was. no matter if today an employee is carrying out work of2 to3 persons because in that case time is still important for an organization and employee as well. but i must say this is the responsibility of every employer to facilitate his workforce with motivation, giving convenient work environment so that an employee can perform his responsibilities with more determination and self motivation.
