Is the export/import documentation same to every country in international business or is it different?

generally the concepts are the same. slight differences in some countries. international trade organizations have standards for controls, docs, etc.

Generally the rules are sames except for minor difference in terms of number of documents attached, and the method of delivering the export documents etc.

Import Export system is almost same in all countries. Except some documents which relates to product natures like garments, textiles, steel, pharmacy, chemicals etc., mandatory shipping documents are commercial invoice, packing list, B/L or AWB, Certificate of Origin etc.,
