How can you make your cv stand out above the rest of applicants?

I would of thought with nearly15 years of experience in customer service it should not be difficult to obtain employment in this field

I believe it isn't the CV we have to worry about although it is very important,targeting the right companies is more important ,having connections in the field and market gives you a big advantage in terms of referrals.

i have23 years of experience and have been trying also,the problem is with connections,in the middle east especially referrals are extremely important.

1.CV Writing is a Craft the way you use less words to describe yourself2.Don't have lengthy long3 Page CV condensed it to2 page3.Write your Achievements of present not what you did in School or Kindergarten I hope you got what I meant4.Write in such a way its should only in a format of limited edition where only you have those skills and expertise for the required job prospects
