Way too simple to understand. When you appoint somebody for a job, you specify the employees responsibility. This is what we call Job Specification, and a set of rules to be followed for specified  responsibilities  are called Job Descriptions.

Job specification is basically advertisement of the job post in which it will be mentioned what are the requirements of the job.It will be mentioned what are the qualification that a candidate should have in order to apply for the job post.There will be nothing written about what type of work he/she has to handle.Only the name of the job post will be given followed by the the eligibility conditions for the candidates to apply.

 

 

Job description will include everything.It is basically a job specification with the details of the job one has to do when he/she will be recruited in that post.It will include information about the type of job one has to do and what will be the working hours for that job.Usually the post which are not so common among the people are advertised in such a way so that the candidate's get an idea of what type of role they are applying for.

Generally job description is a written statement defines the responsibilities, duties, purpose, scope and conditions of work regarding a specific job along with a job title.

 

And job specifications pertains with the characteristics, qualification and experiences of a potential employee that are believed essential to perform a job.

Job Description is the type of job and the section that follow him, whether financial or administrative matters or a liberal profession and the like 

We must know that the job description is not tied to a person specified they include every employee carries the name of a functional specific example of each (accountant) in a specific company is given the same job description and different from the description as if it were a junior accountant or financial accountant .. overall description career put you name exists in the structure Organizational Inc. 

And each company and wool and functional on its own depending on the nature and objective of the company and its organizational structure 

The job specifications are to explain and analyze business Oziv required for this function and tasks under the previous description
