-Be the firts to reply to a tender 

-Appropriate the file , i.e consider the order as yours and try to approach the most possible the client without showing him that your are 'begging'.Consider yourself as the uniq one to take care of this order.REPLY to the questions almost simultaneously. Bombard the client with a large list of complementary questions and ask for details (meaurements, volume, packing,real origin of the products confdentially,if it is a special cargo such as used materials of a factory ask if it is possible to visit the warehouse or to send some body in loco if the place is far,in one word BE NEAR THE CLIENT and try to let him avoid to contact other agents or forwarders---.
