Why do you have to back up your communication with people you deal with?

In the office (your own department) other departments in the company/corporation or vendors?

Its very important to get things in writing/email especially at workplace.
A physical record of the communication is made
Written communication can be checked at a latter date. It serves as a useful reference.
Written communication is a proof (what has been said)
There is a lesser chance for the message to be misunderstood

This Is A Great Question, Many Of Us Neglect E-Mailing As Soon As He/She Verpaly Have The Answer Of A Question Or Get The Information Needed.
Well, Historical Data Is Very Important To Safe Your Rights, And To Aim The Responsibilities Of Others, More Over, We All Forget The Little Details, But Not Anymore When It Is E-mailed Or Written And Filed.
Don't Be Lazy, E-mail It And Ask Others To Do The Same Whatever Small It Is, Believe Me It Is Important.
