It is never easy to translate from Arabic to any other language!
Arabic language has its own characteristics, some of which are not available in other languages. If you consider the English language for instance, you will see the sentence structure (order) is always nominal clause (noun or pronoun + verb). In Arabic language sentence construction can be verbal, nominal and others. Some construction are unique and only available in Arabic language such as, سلام هي حتى مطلع الفجر. How can we translate this into English? It can be translated, thought it is very difficult.
No at all. Arabic is a difficult language as it has some complicated grammar ruls. In order to translate from it one should first know well these rules to understand the meaning. For instance, subject and object in Arabic may sometimes overlapped (object precedes the subject) in a sentence, so one should be careful to understand which is the subject and which is the object in order to translate it correctly. It is close somewhat to French language in it's rules. Arabic is a very rich language.
Nothing's hard as long as you aspire to master the Arabic language.
Once you know a great deal of Arabic, translation from and to Arabic is easy! ;)

I someday would like to learn more Arabic rules, even though I speak it as a1st language.
Thanks for inviting
I think its not easy because there are many Arabic terminology its difficult to translate it for anothore language and if you translate it literally it will give another meaning
What makes Arabic language difficult to translate from is firstly, the inability to understand the real meaning of the original text or the expression...because there are many meanings which haven't been understood till now: in poems, Quran, ...The second thing, is the structure of this language. But in this case, there is always a solution. Because the translator must be flexible .(excuse me to say: like in martial arts)Sun Tsu said in his book "The Art of War" : "You can win in one hundred battles,if you know yourself, and you know your opponent" *The opponent : The text which the translator wants to translate from.*The battle: trying to make a good translation.
put your self in my shoe.
If Arabic is your mother tongue, you will be in a position to understand meanings and also you can easily learn Arabic grammar. Accordingly, any difficulty in translation shall depend on how you know the other language.
