I believe it is the sales person who is not willing to learn,listen to his team leaders's instruction,has a negative attitude and puts down his teammates.
The one who sells with wrong intention for self benefit.
In Sales profession there is no good or bad sales person,rather it should be successful or less successful salesperson.
If one becomes a sales person his/her performance rating parameter should be his rate of success and not how good or bad he/she is.
This is purely my view.
A sales person who is not aware of what he/she is selling
ie. doesn't know all the specifications or details about the product/service he/she represents
I respect .what Mr. Ibirahim Hussein M ayaleh has described but in my opinion the worst sales man is the one who doesn't sell himself.
Who keeps talking and never listen
Who cannot be trusted
Who runs after his target without caring about ethics, colleagues and customers
Who makes promises but never fulfill them
Who is subject to the above and still believes he is a good sales person
