In my point of view

Business Format Franchising is an

arrangement where a franchisee receives in addition to the right to sell goods or services

and for sure the  franchisee is licensed to use the franchisor’s products and trademark and  the  franchisee is also trained by the franchisor in the business model and format including selling, marketing, personnel procedures and  inventory too.

Business Format Franchising is a setup in which  the franchisor licenses the franchisee to sell certain products and services and to use the franchisor’s trademark and trade name. Business format franchising offers the franchisee business ownership while operating under the franchisor’s organization.
