I believe you should always metegate the risk before committing to taking a risk and that would be a wise leader.

I believe that every Leader, every boss and every manager is a risk taker in today's business world. Because almost all the businesses have started focusing on earning maximum profit.MORE THE RISK = MORE THE PROFIT

The real risk takers should be the shareholders or investors.

hope

gain

excitement. Obviously the shareholder.

A real Risk Taker is the one who:

1- Understands that there are only two outcomes possible of any decision made.

2- Appreciates those critical points where the "risk of inaction" is greater than the "risk of action".

3- Right-size the risks of his worst-case scenarios.
