Dear Sir, == To serve the purpose from your question, there are many methods to help you in this issue, and the most appropriate ones are Divide and Conquer method and Brainstorming.
== For Divide and Conquer method, here are some guidelines to solve problems at work in general, with brief comments for each step: =1= Don't feel bad if you're totally lost at the moment of problem occurrence.
There is a "trick" to do work problems; by changing the way of your thinking about the problem, and using logic to arrive at a conclusion.
=2= Recognizing and defining the problem: To get a strong clues as to the cause of the problem, you have to work on: - defining all the circumstances surrounding the deviation from the normal (in closed problems), - and defining as well as identifying your objectives and any obstacles which could prevent you reaching them (in open-ended problems).
=3=Finding possible solutions: this can be emphasized by analyzing the problem to ensure the fully understood of the nature of problem, followed by constructing courses of action which will achieve your objective.
- Analyzing the problem involves identifying and collecting the relevant information and representing it in a meaningful way.
- Constructing courses of action by discovering what actions will deal with any obstacles and achieve your objective.
=4= Choosing the best solution: by evaluating the possible solutions and selecting that which will be most effective in solving the problem.
- It's a process of decision making based on a comparison of the potential outcome of alternative solutions.
- Eliminate solutions which do not meet the constraints, evaluate the remaining solutions against the outcome required and assess the risks associated with the 'best' solution =5= Implementing the solution: is the culmination of all your efforts and requires very careful planning.
This involves doing the following steps in order: - planning and preparing to implement the solution - taking the appropriate action and monitoring its effects - reviewing the ultimate success of the action.
== While Brainstorming method is based on the following stages: - Talk to people: If your problem is not immediate, and you have time to gather together people who have skills or experience that relate to your problem, take advantage of having such smart friends.
- Get your people together around the table: as in meeting (formal) or calling on friends (informal) - Define the problem as it is mentioned above.
- Make a plan.
Talk to your team, listen to their ideas, discuss them, and build on them.
Put your ideas onto the table, and let people discuss them as well.
You can create a much more substantial plan to continue from everybody's little pieces of an idea.
- Implement the plan: Build the business plan from the ground up.
It will take a while, and it will test the limits of your knowledge, but it will push you along the path to having a successful venture.
- Evaluate the results.
Discuss with your team again what you have discovered after building your plan.
listen to and implementing what works, discarding what doesn't.
- Repeat until you have fine-tuned your plan and you're ready to start your business.
That problem has been solved, but there will be many more ahead!

You need to mix how you handle Big and Small problems.
Bang your head with Major problems first when you are full of energy....if you cant solve major problem for a long time, move to minor problem to have less pressure on your mind....Once you solve smaller problem/s, get back to the major problem again....
MIX 'EM!
