Vision and Mission elements complementary to each
Element can not be achieved without the other element
all of them are important you cannot move on without any of them.
Someone explained this once in a very nice way: Vision is the destination that the company wants to reach, Mission is the road that the company chooses to take in order to reach that destination. Core Values are the materials constituting the road and the stronger they are the stronger the road is; leading finally to reaching the wanted destination.
Vision comes first, then mission, and the core values as the base of the pyramid. Any Corporate should have a vision about its existence. Vision represents the future of the company or in other words the identity of the business. The mission represents the goal of the business which basically is filling a gap between demand and supply in a certain community. Achieving both Vision and Mission should stick to certain core value known as governance or compliance.
All of them.
Each one of them has a specific importance. We nedd all lead to have a business model
Manager must has mission and core values.
Leadership who is must has ( vision ). + mission + core values.
"What do you think?" is the most important thing in any organisation.
The five personality traits to the neglect of cognitive abilities, motives, values, social skills, expertise, and problem- solving skills a manager should have mission, core values of vision. All are important in the specific roles.
All of them are equally important. Companies fail if they lack any one of these qualities.
Vision is where everything starts but only if you set your mission right you can reach your vision, so I would go with Mission as the most important factor.
