I have seen some companies creating small changes for womens like creating creche at office complex.
This is one major concern after their marriage and having kids, perdominate in india, not to loose talented employees some companies have created this facility and also a small play home.
I dont remember the company name which made this change a most of the employees were happy... it was nearly8 years ago.
