Boss is a Learning Center. TRUE or FALSE?

it is partly true that boss is learning center, he teaches his employees a lot. on the other end I would say market is the learning place where you meet peoples with different opinions, where you have to react fast, using your mental approach, your ability to work or dealing with different peoples and work done more faster and learn more new things.

Employees may know much better than their boss. Bosses have usually a helicopter view on activities within their department and are not necessarily experts, employees usually are. 

I'd say it's True. A great boss is a mentor.

Most of the times its true. But in few instances the boss will be the learner and the subordinates will be the teachers. Most of the time the employees meet the clients and will be having the exact idea of the market.

During business meets it is always the boss who leads the team in positive spirits and also take valuable suggestions / opinions from them. Based on these suggestions the boss should initiate new plans & schemes.

True if boss was a leader 

True, Boss is a learning center. But from the lessons, we have to choose which one to adopt, deny, improvise etc. Bosses are of many types and we have to work with many of them. It is up to us and our ability and intuition about learning from bosses, people, circumstances and all.
