What is pre-feasibility study? ما هي دراسة ما قبل الجدوى؟

ThePre feasibility study is the first stage of any project evaluation, usually in the prefeasibility studies we are analysing the cost of alternative chance while comapring more than a choice of the projects we plan to engage.
In pre-feasibility study, there are main three citerias we need to focused on: 1) Marketing Study 2) Technical Study 3) Financial Study.
We can say, the major f differs from the pre-feasibility study in the following ways: 1) The pre-feasibility study involves a preliminary analysis of a project idea to check whether it is viable as an Afforestation and Reforestation (A/R) Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) project activity, whereas the feasibility study involves all the required assessments to meet the standards set by the CDM Executive Board and other international standards.
In the pre-feasibility study, the availability of information determines the level of accuracy and the effort needed for the analysis.
Data vary from readily available spatially distributed data to fieldwork results.
The aim at this stage is to limit costs in an incremental process during which at any time the project idea can be rejected.

For the feasibility study, however, all information required for a proper analysis must be available.
“Sharp tools and sharp data”.
The pre-feasibility study generates a PIN, whereas the feasibility study generates a PDD.
The feasibility study may redo analyses performed in the pre-feasibility study, but utilising more comprehensive tools and/or more accurate information.

تمثل دراسة ماقبل الجدوى التحليل الأولي لفكرة المشروع المقترح حتى يتم التحقق من مدى إمكانية تنفيذه على ارض الواقع كمشروع ، اي ان دراسة ما قبل الجدوى تسعى او تبحث في إمكانية نجاح المشروع الإستثماري المقترح .

قد يتم إجراء دراسة ما قبل الجدوى الأول للمساعدة في فرز السيناريوهات ( الحالات / التصورات المختلفة )  ذات الصلة. قبل الشروع في دراسة جدوى كاملة، وقد تكون هنالك الحاجة للقيام  ببعض تحليلات ما قبل الجدوى الخاصة بالمشروع  .

دراسة ما قبل الجدوى برايي هي دراسة الطلب والحاجة على المشروع او منتجاته اذا كان مشروع انتاج , قد نتكلف ونعد دراسة جدوى مفصلة وبالاخر النتيجة قد تكون لا طلب على المنتجات او ان الطلب قد يكون منخفض مما لا يحقق ارباح معقولة او حتى نقطة تعادل , لذلك قبل الاعداد والبدء بدراسة الجدوى يجب علينا دراسة حاجة المجتمع او حاجة المستهلكين للمشروع قيد الدراسة ,
