1. Being impartial with everyone,
2. Spending time to get everyone on the same page, and create trust among cross-cultural team members
3. Remove cultural differences, make the team "one voice, one team".
4. Identify issues arising due to different timezones, different cultures and try to minimize it on project as well as on people.
