I think it is a costly process. For higher posts it is best to look for internal promotins and for entry level look for emploee refferals.

advertise job , collect application, sort and send them to the respective employer if application accepted arrange interview if candidate selected finalist terms and conditions any paper work needed help in document processing and finally they will charge from both the sides the employee and employer finish.after that they are list bother.
