Please remember EVERY DECISION IS difficult as you are the responsible person for that decision.
Before taking any decision we should rely on the analysis and forecasting of the decisions and also seek advise from top management before implementing. This will help you to save if any thing goes wrong.
Involving team to participate and to voice their opinion would make decision making easier and more acceptable.
big VOTE TO MR. ARINJAY,,,,, AGREED
All decisions are difficult to the manager as he is accountable for it. But there is one decision that hurts a bit which is firing an employee.
Termination of an employee has always been a painful decision for me
I agree with Sir Arinjay.
Every decision is difficult as responsibilities.
The toughest decisions are the ones where the interests of the company are more important than the interests of the individual. It is always tough to side with the company, but that is the decision that must be made for the company’s long term future. Sometimes its difficult to please everyone but at the end, the company is is the highest priority.
Every decision is difficult . But, we have to take it there is only one thing what a person has to remember at that moment - Pros & Cons / Plus and Minus have to be compared . Life is a thing where at every step we have to move forward because cycle can never be put back ways, except it could be run at reverse . We have to move forward, so decisions are part & parcel maam.
The secret is to establish your definition of a difficult decision. Some decisions are inevitably more difficult to make than others – but you don’t want to lead the interviewer into believing you would have problems making a difficult decision if it was necessary. Rather than betraying indecisiveness (which will always be a negative point) you need to demonstrate you accept that it is a necessary evil to have to make certain difficult decisions.
