Dear Rida Issa,

For me, every aspect plays an important role for the success of any business specially when we are talking about the Products/ Goods/ Services.

I guess, at first the most essential phase for any product success is definitely the Quality of service focusing specially on the Customer Centricity.

Of-course, nothing is perfect at initial phase nor to100% so the feedback of the customers plays an important role for improving the product and thinking in deep for the marketing strategy for any company.

I believe that every product starts from the following process:

Think > Visualize > Discuss > Implement > Proceed > Feedback > Product Development > QA> Implementation for the next phases of the Marketing Strategies > Working more on Improvement Areas > Never Stop at the certain point !

Thanks !!

It depends on the context of the goods/services required and your business requirements.

If the goods/services are common commodity which the quality and specifications can be easily quantified and measured, then price would play a bigger factor.

However, if it is a specialized item, you would give greater emphasis on non-price criteria, such as quality, track records, proposal methodology/design.

Lastly, it will also depends whether the availability of your expense budget. A tighter budget would require more price competitiveness and the weightage accorded to price should be relatively higher.

The reply is "All" for your question as I read as it is, with using "are" in place of "is" in your question but if you modify the question on priority wise then my reply will be Quality.
