Mohamed Give your Manager options but before offering another method/s you have to support it/them with evidences, numbers and benefits The whole idea is about the packing of the idea some times the packing make the idea more appealing so choose suitable packing and timing to convince him which is a better idea

All problems have a solution but there are things to consider.
First, provide one or more solutions/plan, I mean, if there is plan A, there must be B or C.
Don't stick with a single plan, so just in case the plan A didn't work, there's another option you will to choose from.
Second, accept and considered your manager's solution (Don't set aside it.
He/She might be offended.) Then analyze and compare each solution for you to know and realized the advantage and disadvantage of each, then the manager must well-informed all the details after analyzing each solution and what possible outcome will be.
