Its not like that the technical Background are better then others.
Every personnel in an organization have there own importance and necessity that's why they have a place in organization.
technical background personnel's mostly work directly in Line and easily comes in eyes of everyone.
While others working as a support staff or other then Technical staff they work as a support function and only come in light when they have to give support to Technical Staff.
Every personnel in organization have there own importance.

Respected Sir

I only partially believe in the statement.

I am a B.Com  gradate. But when I was given training to trouble shoot home networking issues with computers and technical issues with computers and printers I was able to do my job. And many of my co-workers were B-Techs. You need the technical acumen and the hunger to learn new things. That’s enough. But yes if the job is related to studies it is an advantage. Also a person with an  accounting background would understand the concepts of cost , cost cutting , revenue generation much better.
