The CRM system we are using is Pipedrive. We mainly use it to categorize and monitor our clients through. It is a tool that we use as well to identify to which step we have a progress with our clients in terms of their potentials for having business with the company, there level of satisfaction and to add the feedback and comments shared y the client as a reference to the Account Management Team.
As for ERP, is Menavip. The ERP is used by different channels, yet eventually for the same purpose, which is logistics and supply chain.
The ERP we can track and monitor orders and their status. It is also used for monitoring and undating clients' stock, inventory rerports, logisctics and Customer Care performance.
