Learn the rules necessary for the job role and to keep you in line with procedures and policies.
You can show your creative, individual flair within the rules and just outside the rules too.
Also as we are individuals, we all have different ways of looking at rules.
Rules are there for a reason but sometimes need to be changed and updated.
Improvements and new vision can be created by dancing with the rules - keeping in mind safety of course too.

Dear Hiba, My personal opinion is that once you have completely understood rules and administrative structure regarding your work, you MUST go beyond them.

I think once ur completely into rules after a while things will turn into routine And some changes won't be that wrong, as ESlam said its the creative part..and I think that sometimes adding our personal touch to things can make it more highlighted and more effective...
