Actually in anything in life you need a manager starting from home reaching to companies.

Manager is the person who is aware of everything in the department. He knows solutions for problems, listens to employees, contacts the higher administration.

The role of a manager increases not when work is flowing instead when there are obstacles and issues to solve in the department. Can we imagine a group of employees working without any manager. It would be chaos.

Managers are like : Key to a lock - If Manager is not appropiately put he/she could spoil the show . He/ She coordinates with juniors as a motivating factor - Seniors with an Organizational goal to be met with . They are just a right bridge internally between employees . Now, at the customers end they are a bridge between customer and seniors - if they rightly present pros and cons it builds the brand -it builds the customer loyalty -it acts as a catalyst between the Company and Customer relationship .
