What is a best way to start, leading to be a successful Project Manager ?

Get involved in project as team member , learn form your colleague ,back it up with technical reading and conclude it with a proper certification.

There is no all inclusive answer for such question, but I would emphasize the importance of the following:

* Vision, goals and focus are important attributes to shape one's mentality.

* Developing leadership style, this includes reading, understanding, and practicing everyday.

* Obtaining the required knowledge and back it up with certifications according to availability.

* Seek broader experience within jobs.

* Holding a proactive style is a must.

* Developing professional network.
