From my earlier ages I used to excel in a given  matter just when I loved the institutor 

same same within my professional career, when I love the vision I have a great chance to achieve it.

Love has a big effect on self-motivation and for keeping it up ! 

In a sales career u scceed only if u are self motivated as in most cases there is minimal supervision when the rep goes calling one prospect after another all of which do not mature into a sale and the experiance could be frustrating. And if u can overcome this frustration and keep smiling before ur  next prospect u can scceed.
