Communication skill are not tested but they are implemented and influenced by the way of your thinking and talking and the work culture around you are working.
Well if you like to take a test than just prepare a presentation on any topic of your company and just imagine that you are the face of company and have to express your views in large gathering of listeners.
After preparing just stand in front of mirror and see you body expressions while reading the presentation.
