Every company must understand that employees are human beings who cannot have two separated lives. Therefore I am against those companies who try to isolate it's employees from their personal life. Of course employees should try not to make their life affect their work as much as they can.
The good balance between work and personal life can be achieved when the employee feels the big family at work. Companies should then try to strengthen that feeling among its employees:
- Management should show their involvement in happenings (birth, marriage, death,...)
- Encourage social talks between employees and between employees and management
- Arrange social events (for example a weekly happy hour, or kids activities, ...)

and in the same time i do agree with his answer totally
Employees are human after all and have a personal life so that
every company must understand that very well and helps them to have a
better work life so they can get to the balance between both ( work & personal life) and
feels that the big family place at the work place...
Work / life balance is mostly an individual's choice and would depend on many governing factors at work place and in personal life. In work place one can influence positively. For example productivity attained, job satisfaction level, happy feelings at the end of working day would play around with an individual to leave for home with the extent of positive fame of mind and energy left for personal ventures and wants.
Therefore it is important to align ones potential with the right job role for higher productivity, higher job satisfaction and in positive frame of mind to learn, develop further; and for personal ventures and wants in personal life.
Over and above this the views expressed by Mr. Ibrahim would work as icing on cake.
