If the resource is critical, then we might need to have a meeting with the client. If it is a human resource situation, i would suggest out-sourcing. If it is a material resource or any other, then we might have to adjust the schedule and other elements accordingly.

Check whether this deadlock condition resource is critical in the project. If yes, and it cannot be recovered from the current status without irrecoverable losses, entrust the succession resource on the job immediately.Else, take it easy, manage with other resources, taking care not to over allocate or scheduling them.
