Where can I find an Excel sheet designed creatively as financial statements ?

You can set up templates easily by using a simple Excel formats operations

On Excel My first advice is press F1 and check for the information and if you dont get the right guidence google and youtube where you will definitely find excellent answers for doubts.

For financial statement sort of designs and I assume you should use 'Page Layout' view (bottom right, near page zoom setting) and design the sheet. Format as Table , Cell styles etc will also help you improve the design.
