One also needs to appreciate that many questions are repetitive and have been answered.
It is also important to partly understand that this is not the platform to test individual abilities.
There are many questions addressed which are unrelated to their specialties; for instance if someone is following "Management" it does not necessarily imply that the person is capable to address all functional areas such as project management, financial management, materials management, etc.
Sometimes a feeling is inculcated due to large multiple questions being shot for very specific personal targets.
In my personal opinion this platform may be more useful for others by sharing rich experiences in handling different types of situations rather than pure theoretical questions which one has several other options to get desired answers. I presume that questions enabling others to learn from the treasure of experiences would be more fruitful.

Sir, it may be due to Time factor.
We all know how most of the considered experts give answers. Some of them do not answer if they are not given the due recognition for their earlier answers. Some do not answer when the answer is very simple. If the question is directed to an individual, then even if the answer is simple, it needs to be answered without fail. if they do not know the answer, it is better to inform their inability to answer. I also accept that people do not reply due to the time constrain as mentioned by Mr. Venkitraman.
Sometimes they see questions late and already answered from various people and they are late. I will agree also that they might be busy with other important matters.
Most probably the working on something with more priority.
when you are expert in yous specialist, then you will have more responsibilities, so the time is the bottleneck.
There are many public figures and private morality with respect to directors,
There are those who respond with humility, and there is a snobby, and from there the staff is aware that they have the capacity of absorption.
For the employees the right to be a burden questions that they ask is considered fears for them so you should respond to them and make them feel the tranquility.
They are not even in test capabilities Rhythm or do not respond to them.
Humility is the foundation of the base, as is the packets in management.
But that does not preclude that there are some staff who is intrusive nature and this employee needs to be properly directed,

In my opinion, they are certainly busy with their schedule or with answering the questions related to their field of interest. Other possibility is that their inboxes are full of question, so they randomly choose some to answer as they cannot manage the time to answer all.
Simply what happen in bayt is totally does not matching with the code of ethics , they give the chances for everyone including me to answer the questions and in many cases I notice many wrong definitions and obvious wrong answers and the worst thing that in some cases it is the highest voted answers , so I decide not to be part of this joke any more except questions from sone members which I really respect their experience even from their answers
