Well, it depends on the person involved. The most important is that the person is happy with their employer/company or in their duty, because once a person is happy with their position, it is usually like they are playing not working. They experience enjoyment and fun with regards to their job or much better with their colleague. Before trying to switch or move out to another company, consider first the task and make a compilation about your scope of work and if you think it's not enough to grow or something is missing, and you're not satisfied at all, that is the time for making decisions. Sometimes, it is not just once or twice to think of it, because once you decide and you do not know/sure the outcome, you cannot change the result. By the way a nice and good exit in the company is that the person is still happy and contented, it is a good record plus.

In my view a person should understand and know where he wants to be in next 5 years this helps to decide apart of many other factors but thinking to move up within the company or outside is not worth if you do not have clear goals.
is not important to stay in the same job and move the work Other
TheImportant is Alastmar in self-development on the personal and professional level, which will provide comfort in the present work and upgrade it also.and increased the chances of finding a great job
It's upon your vision towards the company and the options and vacancies you can get in your company ,
Or get a new experience and new opportunity in a new company
Time is of the essence, as you continue to wait, time goes by. if the job outside offers better career growth than your current work, i think transferring is an option. it is also imporant to know where are you will be happier and more aligned.
