Gaining experience is important to perform in
any kind of business & working fields
In all organisation there is a level for starters as the potential of experienced will remain under utilized. Similarly at other levels under developed potentials having less experience will leave the resources available under utilized.
Absolutely yeah !
Gaining experience is important to perform in any field ,
experience means acquiring skills nearly not learnt in educational cursus & studies.
For a Teaching profession I think this is a must. In other cases that depends upon the personal caliber to absorb to the changed situation. Anyway the educational base combined with the practical experience give more chance to excel in a challenging position. The education...here... I also meant for the capacity to learn by observation and practice by one's own skill and efforts.
Of course, not everyone can afford to invest in a full-time, traditional degree program right after high school. Lacking a college degree does not have to restrict your career choices. Many professionals start their careers in retail sales, customer service, or other positions that offer on-the-job training. Although a college degree program builds critical skills, few colleges and universities can fully prepare students for real-world challenges. Despite the substantial pressure to make good grades and to complete assignments on time, few college experiences can match the demands of a regular, full-time job. In some cases, students who don't do well in high school can find real satisfaction in the work force. Without the tedium of the classroom, these individuals can find the environments that inspire them to succeed on their own terms. Despite the prevalence of MBA graduates in the work force, many successful entrepreneurs and business leaders have achieved success with little more than a high school diploma.
With experience you can perform better as you must have already gone through the process before. Any work you do it many times then you will become an expert. It does not mean that your performance will go down without experience. it all depends on the individual and their grasping and execution abilities that matters.
