In my opinion , Good managers are those who manage and use the available resources including manpower of an entity to get the best possible realistic outcome to achieve self satisfaction. In the process good managers take manpower as the most valuable resource and value it for together & team effort with an eye on their and self development to meet new challenges and new heights.
