Patience Is the only answer to talk to a customer who is rude . Not necessary rude customer Is bad , he / she might be irritated & we have to get that irritation out of him/her & you would get a loyal customer .

Patience, in the first place. be calm, don't be embarrassed. Speak slowly, calmly, friendly. If someone provokes you, you need to hold that he is not caught on any detail. I.e. what he says with aggression, you need to flip in a peaceful manner, and after a few "Yes", answered your questions, it should cool down.

When he/she came to fullfill his demand I will show him/her care with smile faces. My smile will play an important rule here.when he/she show his/her demand I always told them yes ...I belif every problem can be solved by yes attitudes

1- be well aware of his demand or complain.2- show him with your face how you are very concentrated and focusing to him while he explain his demand.( to show him how important is his demand )3- talk fluently without lagging.( to show him that you have a very high self confidence and that you are a professional in your work )4- explain the necessarily procedures that MUST be done to realize his demand.5- finally while solving his demand explain what you are doing so he understand what he wants DO takes time.

Let the customer speak first and let all his angry let out and never interrupt him in middle. Show empathy. Never loose eye contact. Let him know that you are listening to him. Let him taste your hospitality as well. Once he calm down we need to start tuning him. Firstly we need to give him confidence that he is in safe hands.
