A teacher is supposed to be a student previously. So he plays two roles in his life; a student and then a teacher. Please share your love for the preferred role and tell us what is the reason to love it more.

I love being both of roles, I enjoyed every moment as a students. It was not only about classroom/ in school experiences, but also daily life as a students. I was not a smart student, no perfect score and etc. But Allah gave me such nice circumstances and valuable people for me (teachers, friends, advisor, etc). People who taught me how to value somethings in life, not to price only. What I had was not perfect or ideal things, but I had been given what I needed (Thanks to Allah). It was also in forced as a teacher, I am not a great teacher, however I love every moment when students put trust on me, knowledge exchange and I can engage with them as well.
In my opinion you cannot be an inspirational teacher unless you are a continuing student yourself.
A mediocre teacher tells, a good teacher explains and an exceptional teacher inspires. I can not imagine being a teacher who is not also a student. Learning should be a life-long experience and a love of learning is imparted by exceptional teachers. Alhamdililah, I was blessed with more than one exceptional teacher.
I love both roles - the best is where you are being both the teacher and a student WITH your students, when you explore and discover things together whether it is literature or a science.

I continued education as an adult just because I miss being a student.
A teacher never stops being a student. learning is an ongoing cycle especially to teachers, we learn everyday from the students and the changing world that we need to keep following and learning about
I love some teachers , and also i love some student .
I love teaching. Hence I decided to join A.P. Medical Education Service, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Guntur Medical College, Guntur in 1983. I am teaching Under Graduates since 1983 and Post Graduates since 1988. Even after retirement from Govt. service I joined a Private Medical College in A.P. I really enjoy teaching and training the students in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
The process of learning never ends as i live so i always consider myself and a student in a position of a teacher i relate to both in order to establish a balance between what i deliver as a teacher and what i learn as an everlasting student.
I LOVE MAY ROLE AS A STUDENT LEARN CONNECTED TO TEACHER WHEN TEACHING BOUT THE GOOD IDEA AND LEARNING. TO INPROVE MYSELF AS STUDENT TO PROFESSIONAL SOMEDAY.
I like student life because responsibilities are less as compare to professional life, in student life we can enjoy more.
i love both roles - the best is where you are being both the teacher and a student WITH your students, when you explore and discover things together whether it is literature or a science.
A good teacher is always a student, because in every class he learns different ways to deliver and to give answers to different thoughts/questions in the class.
When the last muslim emperor of Indo-Pak sub continent Bahadur Shah Zafar was asked during his confinement, what hobby will he choose, he told to give him students to teach. He was answered ,you have lost your emperor but not imperial thinking.
I love more, to be, my self, as a teacher.
