“No great manager or leader ever fell from heaven, its learned not inherited.” True?

Thanks  for the Invitation Sir..its true in some cases and False in some cases..some people have inherited qualities which can not be learnt..

It is the environment and it is not inherited. Time and environment brings the changes. Some rise, some fall. It is all the planning of ALLAH, what has been written, will happen anyway in a person life. ALLAH can give respect and can take it within seconds. All depends on your good or bad deeds. 

Yes, Leadership ain't inborn. Its inherited.

YOU CAN TEACH BOTH OF THEM BUT YOU WILL GET DIFFERENT RESULTS AT THE END OF DAY .....................

There are some qualities that are available in person to be a leader, inherently. 

But it is also true that by learning and refining himself/herself, a person can become good leader.

My personal conviction is that ;

Great leaders and managers those with some exceptional and overstanding skills & abilities 

are basically born in like.  

Learning comes with help and make it easier for them to win & succeed.
