Good morning. Yes, I do agree with you. Let's first define, Talent is a special natural ability or aptitude. It means a person can do something naturally it doesn't have to think about it. In my opinion, Talent is like diamond which will be valued if you'll support with hard work and depth knowledge about the subject. It today's life to give time for groom your talent is bit difficult but if it'll be your passion then you'll always get way for it.
Sir, i do agree : IQ can be increased with practise & patience, there is no age defined till your last where a person is not learning . Because everyday is a new phase and time invested is to get results . But, there is always an if . Here, the if factor dominates : And that is at what cost .......!
