People buy because they have the need or feel certain features of your product or service can satisfy their need. They buy when they feel they are getting the value for their money too. As a Sales person your duty is to bring the features of your product or service to the awareness of the prospect.

People buy a product because they need/ want it for a reason. That reason is nothing more than the ultimate value of the product (from their perception).

When you are selling a product you actually sell the value of the product. Therefore you have to define that "value" that match the customer's ultimate value.

Some sales people try to define the value based on product features and advantages, but that is completely wrong. You should first know what is their perception of the product value and then pick up the features and benefits of the product that together will form the desired value of the customer.

People buy simply because they found a product or a service making a difference in their lives whereas you can not sell something which people don't find as useful. You can not sell a comb to a bald guy!

People buy because they need the product for various reasons.they also buy because of how the product has been advertised on various platforms,how it was marketed or sold to them by the sells person.

Some will buy because of the company not necessarily for the quality.so for whatever reason,it is very important to establish why your clients are asking for the product before selling and understanding your client is also paramount for future sales.
