EMPLOYERS MUST REPLY THE APPLICATIONS................ EITHER THEY SHORT LIST OR WHAT EVER , THEY SHOULD REPLY BACK TO THE APPLICANTS................ MUST RULE ,,,,, GOOD DAY
A score for Employers would be a great addition. They could be graded by their reputation (number of clicks by prospective employees, number of jobs posted, applications recieved and CVs viewed etc). There are a number of employers who don't even view a single CV, so applying for those is really a waste of time. Prospective employers could look at employers rank and make a decision etcAlso, suggestion by Padamkumar is also good, a video conference option would be great as well!Lastly, jobs that have expired (or a selection has been made by employer) must be closed. (Some are still left open)
Regards
The bayt test scores should be made a benchmark to shortlisting candidates and the scores should be visible to all employers, this paid publish is such waste to awesome test resource.
Give feedback Asap to the job-seekers for them to know if their qualified or not.
Add a video conference option for employer and candidate interaction.
1-I think I need to communicate with other partners online.
2-The teamwork of Bayt.com site must be effective and the team must show me the merits and demerits in my CV.
3-They should pave the way to us to get the job we dream of.
I think we should be able to list more than5 specialties.. people change careers and knowledge is NOT limited.
1.Notification of jobs not to be mailed to applicatant if an applicant is not elligible in any aspect wheather it is any qualification, location or experience is concerned.
2.Video conference service should be added
3.Improvising the job search engine
Add a crowdfunding utility on the same site !
I would like to add that the way specialties are grouped should be improved. Some are similar, like Water-Water Treatment and Lean Sigma-Six sigma-Lean manufacturing. I think they should be merged so that more people can contribute to the same topic.
Also, like "Engineering", I think it is not specialized sufficiently.
I would suggest to make sure that all jobs posted are updated in terms of if those are still open or already filled.
