A professional Summary and Objectives in CV is composed of your highlighted work skills and talents that the company needs only. and it differs to work experience summary because work experience summary compose of all your work experienced related or not related to your desired position.and this will help me in the recruiter because it only emphasized the length and types of service, your qualification towards your desired position, and how your employer can benefits from you.

in my opinion, the Objective section is any resume is being an old fashion, I guess 50% of the resumes around te world use the same sentences. You should show the not only the tasks but the achieved goals and iconic things you have done. Like ( I was responsible for ...... and I successfully saved $ 200k in this item for my company's sake)... this gives your resume more reality than others.
