Why you may need a team to make WordPress website ?

you are not going to make small website , If you would like to make a websites for a companies or Business like market as an example and that need a lot of work that must be with team to make a database and for resize photos and to add prices and all needed to a big Market and there is test and right validation and may be we need a lot of work from server side programming with php and other programming for client side with jquery and we may want a lot of work with css consider that some one want a website without any plugin to be add I mean that you must add all the codes of the plugin inside the theme to make fast and easy website like if you make your widget for social media with your own codes if you want to make SEO with your own codes of course you will see experience codes and add your own codes , if you make one part them ( without plugin that will make your theme faster )

and the most important thing is support , support after give your product  ( i.e the websites ) , and here you must not only wait for the users problem but you must be up to date with theme , as an example you may be asked to make a website and make update and changes to this theme or website every8 months as an example so what will you do ? I know that India became so strong because of making teams , freelancer website and similar website are a very big example of making teams
