Is there is any Loan from a financial institution based on "Inventory Pledging" in order to finance working capital especially to cover off season?

Yes. Bank's provide working capital limits on pledge of inventory too. Seasonal limits can also be fixed, especially for agricultural products.

I am not sure but i have a feeling that the inventory can be hypothecated to a bank or any financial institution and loan can be obtained for working capital.
