Thanks for invitation. Basically it can be divided into two reasons:
1. Intrinsic reasons come up from personal reason which encourage someone to leave a job because of self-discontentment toward his/ her job.
2. Extrinsic reasons come up from any lacks of the works place/ organization itself. It can bring someone get into intrinsic reason to leave.
Furthermore, Colleagues here were explained well the specific reasons of both intrinsic and extrinsic reasons, I agreed with them.

To reach the job location, I was obligied to took six (3x2) transportation utilities per day.

In my point of view there are many reasons for the labor turnover such as
In search of better job opportunities , probably due to low salaries or mismanagement or ill-treatment professional and personal in the workplace or the work of the foundation is not commensurate with the aspirations and desires of personal and professional
The work environment is not good
Lack of access to job satisfaction
Bad treatment
there are more factors but in my opinion1: poor behavior of the Management2: lack of respect to the good employee.
