If you have two financing choices for your projects ( long term loan or buy land ) which one you will choose ?

Yes its depend on may things to take decision sell land or take loan from bank .. its depend on term of loan is it long or short in adition to interst rate is it low or high ? Also the estimation value for land now and expected value in nearly futuer .. according to those i csn take my decision for loan or sell land ..
